All Joy: Part 3...Results

"Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.  And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."--James 1:2-4  James, giving the results of endurance, perfection and completion.  If we endure, there are results.

Results.  I would first like to point out that perfection here does mean that we will never sin as no one is truly perfect except of course Jesus Christ.  But if we endure under trial, we will see results.

Results.  The results we will see perfection in that we will be mature.  Every time we overcome trials, we are a little bit stronger and a little bit mature.  These are the results.

Results.  Think about the last rough patch you went through and overcame.  Chances are you learned from it and you are a little bit more mature because of it.  These are undeniable results.

Results.  So this is why we should consider it all joy when we encounter trials.  We can look at the results.

Results.  We can consider trials all joy because we know that when we overcome said trial, we are a little bit stronger and a little more mature or "perfect" than we were before.  These are the undeniable results.

Results.  So next time you encounter a trial, handle it the way God would have you handle it.  If you lack that wisdom, ask God (James 1:5).

Results.  Ultimately, we will arrive where God wants us which according to my best friend and brother in Christ Kenny Garcia is a place where we are "perfect and complete."  These are undeniable results.

DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! PRAY ABOUT IT! LOVE Y'ALL! GOD BLESS!
